Booking online Booking online

Britishhorseracing.com is the only place you can book tickets for all 60 racecourses in Britain. Booking online is easy and secure. You can use your debit or credit card to book via our secure Worldpay online payment system.

Advantages of online booking
There are a number of advantages to booking online. Above all, you're entitled to any advance or group booking discounts as well as ticket promotions offered by the racecourses.

How to book online?
You can book a maximum of 20 tickets online (for larger groups call our ticket line on 08700 721724). To book online, you need to first either find a racecourse or a meeting that you would like to attend and then follow the simple booking instructions. Please note that bookings must be made 6 days prior to the race meeting, this allows the racecourses time to dispatch tickets.

Once you've seen the booking confirmation screen which indicates your booking reference, you will receive further notification via email. Your tickets and vouchers (if relevant) will then be dispatched in the post by the racecourse.

Racecourse ticket collection
Newcastle, Lingfield Park and Folkestone racecourses no longer send tickets through the post. They will be left for collection along with any vouchers (if relevant) at the Owners and Trainers Entrance (Lingfield Park and Folkestone) or at the racecourse office (Newcastle).

Additional charges
A £2.50 applies once per order, regardless of the quantity of tickets purchased. The fee pays towards our credit/debit card processing services, merchant fees, distribution network, the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, telephone lines, labour and other costs associated with the ticket transaction. Two racecourses, Cheltenham and Windsor, also charge a ‘Special Delivery’ fee to ensure tickets arrive with the purchaser.

Refund information
Customers who booked tickets through Britishhorseracing.com for a racemeeting which is subsequently abandoned (e.g. due to bad weather conditions) are entitled to a ticket refund. Please note the £2.50 administration fee is non refundable. If racing is abandoned after the first race, please contact the racecourse for advice on compensation. To receive a refund, please send your tickets within 28 days of the abandonment to Ticket Sales, Racecourse Association, Winkfield Road, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 7HX.
