All bookings must be made 6 days prior to the race meeting, this allows the racecourses time to dispatch tickets.

Do I get a refund if the racemeeting is abandoned?
If racing is abandoned before the first race you are entitled to a refund, although some courses offer customers the opportunity to exchange tickets for an alternative meeting. To claim your refund, return your tickets to: Jane Taylor, British Horseracing Board, PO Box 4013, London, W1A 6NG.

If racing is abandoned after the first race please refer to the racecourse for any compensation.

You can check the 'Discounts and Offers' section on the racecourse page or, once within the booking process, the valid promotions or offers will appear at the bottom of the page.

Ticket prices vary depending on which enclosure you choose and the size of the race meeting. Generally, Course/Family Enclosure tickets are around £5, Tattersalls/Grandstand tickets start from £8 and Club/Members tickets from £14.

What is the admin fee for?
The Admin fee applies once per order, regardless of the quantity of tickets purchased. The fee pays towards our credit/debit card processing services, merchant fees, distribution network, the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, telephone lines, labour and other costs associated with the ticket transaction.
