Inside Information is part of our sport. And everyone in the industry has some form of it. There’s nothing wrong with having Inside Information. We just need to be careful not to misuse it. It’s common sense really. It’s remembering that careless talk and casual chat can get you into trouble.
Seminars
To help the industry understand the definition and new codes of conduct a programme of education has been launched. This starts with a series of seminars for jockeys.
These seminars are mandatory, and jockeys are requested to consider which date would work best for them. Failure to attend may result in a suspension of up to 7 days.
