The decision of whether or not to grant a licence (or registration as an Owner) lies with the BHA. Applications, where appropriate, will be considered by the Licensing Committee, as detailed in Schedule (A)9 of the BHA Rules of Racing.

Licensing Committee Meetings
Should applicants be required to meet the Licensing Committee, they will be advised by the Licensing Team approximately ten days prior to the appropriate meeting date.
